ArtsFund Open Call for Social Impact Art

ArtsFund invites artists to submit pieces related to our soon-to-be-released Social Impact Study

ArtsFund is currently conducting a Social Impact Study: a comprehensive report that will examine and articulate how the arts advance community priorities in King County. For this report, which will be released in October 2018, we're inviting artists and community members to submit finished artwork (pre-existing or newly created) that creatively illustrates how the arts positively affect Health and Wellness, Neighborhood Vitality, and Youth and Education.

The call is open to artists at all levels of practice and community members who live or work in King County and are over the age of 13. One individual in each theme area will received a $1,000 award. Additional finalists in each category will also be featured on the ArtsFund website in an online gallery. Submissions are currently being accepted. Applications are due by August 21, 2018 at 11:59 pm PDT.

Please forward this opportunity to any King County-based artists and/or community members who may be interested.
